As with most people, I have a wide variety of different interests and hobbies that I participate in. Here is a couple of them and in the future I plan to add more extensive information on each with pictures etc.
- Aquaria
- This should be quite obvious ;-) Once your hook that is it, your in it for good. And there are really no half measures, well that is certainly the case for me.
- Rock Climbing
- Started about half way through 2000 and it is something that I love to do. Still got a long way to go until I am strong enough to do some serious stuff, and having a stuffed knee doesn't help to much either (I dislocated my left knee cap for the second time while learning to dance a tango for our wedding).
- Woodwork
- Enjoy building things, especially out of wood. Don't really have all the tools to do it yet, but I manage to improvise enough to get by.
- Shiba Inu
- We now have one of these beautiful dogs, which are relatively rare here in Australia currently, but very popular and common in Japan.
- Roller Blading
- Nothing like a cruise down the beach front on a wonderful sunny day, dodging the hundreds of pedestrians and other skaters that cannot skate. And it is definitely the best way to get to work everyday (when the weather is fine), though it is quite a work out now that we have moved further away.
- Water Ski Racing
- Not only love to watch it but I use to have my own business of taking photos of the Southern 80 Ski Race "The Largest Ski Race In The World", held in Echuca, Victoria each year.
- Cycling
- Enjoy a competitive race, the hustle, bit of danger. What a rush. But haven't really had the opportunity to do this for quite sometime.
- Dragons
- I think they are the absolute coolest animal. If only they were not extinct.
- X-Files
- I'm bit of a X-Files nut, which I suppose came out of my love for science fiction and the unexplained. Have the entire collection on DVD now and are just about finished going through all seasons from the start.
